You can add pinyin just for the more obscure characters. Are you really thinking about it?

It's probably easiest to order them online. The books I mentioned are published by a Shanghai
publisher and you might not be able to find them easily in Beijing bookstores.

You should also get 古汉语常用字字典 by Wang Li. It's probably the most useful and most
practical classical dictionary for everyday...
