"Row the boat fast" is one of the traditional performances with the
richest local flavor staged during folk festivals in Zhujiajiao, an
ancient water town in the southern Yangtze region. When the competition
starts, Fangsheng (free captivated animals) Bridge and the banks of
Caogang River are packed with visitors, creating a quite vibrant
atmosphere.
